However, over time, we have observed some notable changes at X, which have recently prompted us to reconsider our presence on this platform. Like many companies and organisations before us, we have noticed an increasing amount of misinformation. Unverified content, polemical rhetoric, and erroneous information have gradually gained ground on the social network, disrupting the quality of exchanges and debates. Our values are based on transparency, scientific rigour, and a commitment to making healthcare accessible to all. However, we no longer find favourable ground for these values on X.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We have always favoured exchanges based on facts and evidence, and respectful discussion. However, we must admit that X&#8217;s editorial line is moving away from these principles. It no longer aligns with what we want to share with our community.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A change in values: X and our editorial line are no longer aligned.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Since its creation, our communication strategy on X has been based on a desire to share accurate and relevant information on subjects related to health, technological innovation, and medicine. Our editorial line has always emphasised a responsible and professional approach. We have always avoided unverified or biased information. However, recent developments on the social network, particularly in terms of content and speech management, have made maintaining this approach increasingly difficult.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We have seen a surge in content that does not match our approach and whose veracity and relevance are often called into question. It is becoming increasingly difficult to communicate in line with our editorial approach on a platform that seems to favour different values. We are leaving X because we feel that our commitment to providing reliable and verified information is no longer aligned with the direction in which this social network is heading.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Several renowned companies and media outlets have followed suit.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Several major companies and organisations have made the same choice as PRS Healthcare and decided to leave X, including media outlets, universities and NGOs. Many have decided to reduce their presence on this platform or abandon it altogether.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They cite similar reasons to us: misinformation management, the rise of polemical and sometimes dangerous content, and a climate that no longer aligns with the quality standards they wish to uphold in their communications. We continue to communicate and share our expertise through channels that are more aligned with our values and commitments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/company\/prs-healthcare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/prs-healthcare.com\/en\/prs-healthcare-launches-youtube-channel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a> accounts, as well as our <a href=\"https:\/\/prs-healthcare.com\/sondes-echographiques-newsletter-mars-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">newsletters<\/a>, remain the best places to share our news, innovations, and insights on healthcare issues. We also remain active at <a href=\"https:\/\/prs-healthcare.com\/en\/prs-healthcare-at-medica-2024-visit-us-at-stand-9b39\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trade fairs<\/a>, where we engage in direct dialogue with industry players, researchers, and healthcare professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We also use <a href=\"https:\/\/api.whatsapp.com\/send\/?phone=472322626&amp;text&amp;type=phone_number&amp;app_absent=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WhatsApp<\/a> to communicate with our partners and network. These channels enable us to communicate in a more targeted and professional way that better aligns with our editorial approach. They enable us to maintain a high level of quality in the information we share.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are overhauling our communications strategy.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our decision to leave X is also driven by a desire to innovate and develop new communication channels. We are currently investing in alternative tools and channels. Our goal is to continue offering content of an even higher quality that is tailored to our audiences. We firmly believe that this evolution represents a better way of communicating.
