By using the same platform, the Aplio 300 has no limit for upgrading to the Aplio 400 Platinum and Aplio 500. This ultrasound scanner, the Aplio 300, features a 17 or 19 inch LCD monitor, CD/DVD drive, ApliPureTM and Quick Scan. Standard options include TDI, QSP, HPRF and DICOM Media Storage.
This device offers superb image quality but can be improved in gynaecology/obstetrics and cardiology applications. In addition, it is still quite heavy compared to the weight of GE and Philips ultrasound scanners. By supporting a large number of transducers, it is able to perform all kinds of applications.
